THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our minimum order is $150.
All authorized resellers will receive 50% off the MSRP. The prices of goods are subject to change.
Our turnaround is about 7-14 days, sooner if we have it in stock.
All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed and shipped unless other payment terms or arrangements have been approved.
Gone Country Candles does not charge sales tax on wholesale orders. All tax responsibilities are with the retailer. As the retailer, your business will tax the customer for each item at the time of purchase and you, the retailer, agrees to pay all taxes of every description; federal, state, and municipal. Gone Country Candles requires a copy of the resellers license and will not sell wholesale (without tax) to anyone without a copy of this documentation. Please email the license to Info@GoneCountryCandles.com.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping costs will be charged on your invoice at the time of order using the billing information provided on your account. All orders will ship via USPS from Westmoreland, TN. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping. Gone Country Candles is not responsible for any carrier delays. The retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for international orders.
There are no delivery fees if within the Sumner Co, TN, area. Outside of Sumner Co, TN, the area will incur fees to be established on a case-by-case basis with the retailer.
CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations or changes to an order will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be returned within one week of receiving your order. Any refunds due will be issued once we receive the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
